HARMAN International Industries has announced the launch of its new wireless AirPlay-enabled docking system – JBL On Air, which combines signature JBL radial design with Apple’s renowned AirPlay technology that allows for wirelessly streaming music from your iTunes library, iPhone, iPad and iPod touch to the speaker dock over existing home network (Wi-Fi).

In order to deliver superior, full-spectrum sound, JBL On Air JBL adopts a proprietary DSP (digital signal processing) technology, and 3 transducers with 360° HALO (horizontal acoustic level optimization) acoustics.

Note: AirPlay is compatible with iPad, iPhone and iPod touch with iOS 4.2+ and computer with iTunes 10.1 or newer.

While Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 (WiFi version) which measures 230.9 x 157.8 x 8.6 mm and weighs just 470 grams is expected to hit the market in early-summer 2011 for $469 (16GB) and $569 (32GB).

In addition to THX certification, Logitech Z906 Surround Sound Speakers that incorporate analog and digital inputs also feature Dolby Digital 5.1 decoding to offer users an immersive, superior audio experience.

The Sony PlayStation Portable 2(PSP 2) with dimensions of 182 x 18.6 x 83.5mm is expected to be available by end of 2011. However, the price of the device is not yet announced.
